Co-enzyme Q10 (Ubidecarenone) 150mg
Magnesium Phosphate 200mg (equivalent Magnesium 41mg)
Do not take while on Warfarin therapy without medical advice.
Adults and children – 12 years and over:
Take one capsule daily or as directed by a health care professional.
Heart patients should be introduced with low levels. (50 milligrams per day)
After 2 weeks the dosage can be gradually increased.
Elimination side effects can occur when starting Q10 supplementation. CoQ10 side effects, may include headaches, nausea, heart palpitations, rashes and tiredness. These symptoms are all future positives.
